Instructions - please ready carefully

1. The first application step to joining our Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner (AAP) program is completing our AAP Application Form. You can purchase this application form here. Please download this fillable PDF form and complete all fields.

2. The final application step is to complete the online application form below for uploading your AAP Application Form as well as any additional documents required.

Note: If you are transferring from another Ayurvedic institution, you will be required to submit level I and level II program certificates of completion and transcripts via the online application form below.
