Lead a more holistic life, improve your well-being, and become an exceptional human! Ayurveda provides a powerful foundation for you and those you coach to reach your highest potential. In our HAC program, you’ll study a comprehensive curriculum of authentic Ayurvedic principles based on the root texts including the mind-body-spirit connection, Ayurvedic physiology, cooking, nutrition, seasonal principles, and Yoga.

Gain the tools and knowledge you need to ignite the healer within you. Our level I program is both an educational journey and a personal transformation with profound professional potential. With flexible in-class and online formats, you’ll study a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide the individual with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the philosophy, principles, theory, and practical application of Ayurvedic preventive care.

Discover the ancient life of science and Ayurveda straight from the root texts. Guided by a master clinician, you’ll study the elements, doshas, nutrition, and other fundamentals for optimal health and wellbeing.
