What to expect in our Coach program
Holistic Ayurvedic Coach (HAC)
- 6 months - 300 hours
- Half of the Counselor (AHC) program
- All Online and Hybrid Formats available
- Optional in-class practicum
- Learn Ayurvedic Physiology, Psychology, Cooking & Nutrition, Seasonal Guidelines and Simple Yoga & Mindful techniques
What to expect in our Counselor program
Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (AHC)
- 1 year - 600 hours
- Includes the Coach (HAC) program
- All Online and Hybrid Formats available
- Learn Ayurvedic Physiology, Psychology, Cooking & Nutrition, Seasonal Guidelines, Simple Yoga & Mindful Techniques, Ayurvedic Herbology, Clinical Assessment & Management
- Format available that's approved by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA)
