The recipe is made by boiling the herb decoction and paste with sesame oil and an equal quantity of milk to derive the Ksheerabala Thailam. The thailam is a rejuvenator, imparts comfort to the sensory organs, enlivens and nourishes the body.
Ksheerabala Thailam is highly effective in Vata vitiated conditions, enhances circulation and strengthens the muscles.* Ksheerabala Thailam has cooling effect, because of milk which refreshes the body and mind, which in turn relieves stress and promotes natural sleep.
