Unfortunately, at this time in the United States, Ayurveda is not considered mainstream or allopathic medicine, but alternative medicine. Therefore, insurance does not cover Ayurveda costs at this time.

Our Director, Dr. Jayarajan, is on the Board of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) – an organization devoted to preserving, protecting and promoting Ayurveda in the U.S. NAMA is currently working towards establishing licensure for Ayurvedic medicine so that insurance can accept Ayurveda costs for health seekers.

*If you have a Health Savings Account through your employer, you can use that account to pay for your Ayurveda appointments and products. Please check with your Human Resources department for further details on how to setup or use your HSA account at our Wellness Center.
Please note that we do not treat disease in Ayurveda and cannot guarantee a cure. Ayurveda is based on the principles of maintaining harmony in the mind-body system, preserving health and preventing disease, first and foremost. When there is imbalance, it is the objective in Ayurveda to restore harmony to the mind and body.

It is due to the emphasis on balance, prevention and natural healing methods that Ayurveda can be a powerful, longterm solution to the common health needs of today.

Ayurveda provides common sense lifestyle solutions based on natural cycles and rhythms. By viewing individuals through the lens of Ayurvedic Mind-Body Constitution, these lifestyle solutions are completely customized. This empowers the individual to take control of his or her health. When an individual embraces the wisdom of Ayurveda and implements its tools, profound potential for healing is possible.
We begin with a preliminary Ayurvedic Consultation appointment (90 minutes – $150-240) during which one of our Ayurvedic wellness providers (Ayurvedic Practitioners and Ayurvedic Specialists – BAMS) will review your health history background, current diet and lifestyle. Prior to your appointment, our team will share the required intake forms, and you can bring completed forms with you to your preliminary consultation, or arrive early to complete them at our Wellness Center before your appointment.

During this preliminary consultation session, your Ayurvedic wellness provider will analyze and determine your unique Ayurvedic Mind-Body Constitution, then evaluate your personal goals and health challenges. You will leave the appointment with a customized protocol.

Your customized protocol may include any of the following:
  • Diet and lifestyle changes
  • Exercise, Yoga and Pranayama (breathwork) recommendations
  • Ayurvedic herb & supplement suggestions, which you can purchase from our on-site Apothecary
  • Recommendations for Panchakarma, personalized Ayurvedic bodywork therapies which can be performed at our Wellness Center by our Panchakarma Technicians
Your Ayurvedic wellness provider will suggest when a follow up appointment or service will be necessary. Follow up Ayurvedic Consultation appointments may be scheduled for 60 minutes ($120-180) or 30 minutes ($70-$100) and additional Ayurvedic Panchakarma services at our Wellness Center may be scheduled as recommended for deeper healing.
