Unfortunately, at this time in the United States, Ayurveda is not considered mainstream or allopathic medicine, but alternative medicine. Therefore, insurance does not cover Ayurveda costs at this time.

*If you have a Health Savings Account through your employer, you can use that account to pay for your Ayurveda appointments and products. Please check with your Human Resources department for further details on how to setup or use your HSA account at our Wellness Center.
Please note that we do not treat disease in Ayurveda and cannot guarantee a cure. Ayurveda is based on the principles of maintaining harmony in the mind-body system, preserving health and preventing disease, first and foremost. When there is imbalance, it is the objective in Ayurveda to restore harmony to the mind and body.

It is due to the emphasis on balance, prevention and natural healing methods that Ayurveda can be a powerful, longterm solution to the common health needs of today.

Ayurveda provides common sense lifestyle solutions based on natural cycles and rhythms. By viewing individuals through the lens of Ayurvedic Mind-Body Constitution, these lifestyle solutions are completely customized. This empowers the individual to take control of his or her health. When an individual embraces the wisdom of Ayurveda and implements its tools, profound potential for healing is possible.
Your Ayurvedic journey begins with a preliminary consultation. During this session, one of our Ayurvedic wellness providers—such as an Ayurvedic Practitioner or Ayurvedic Specialist (BAMS)—will conduct a thorough review of your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and overall wellness background. Before your appointment, you will receive Health Intake Forms via email, which should be completed and submitted at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth process.

During the consultation, your Ayurvedic wellness provider will analyze your unique mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and assess your health challenges and personal wellness goals. By the end of the session, you will receive a tailored protocol designed specifically for your needs, which may include:
  • Dietary and lifestyle recommendations
  • Guidance on exercise, Yoga, and Pranayama (breathwork)
  • Suggestions for Ayurvedic herbs and supplements (available at our on-site Apothecary)
  • Recommendations for Panchakarma or personalized Ayurvedic bodywork therapies performed by our trained Panchakarma Practitioners at our Wellness Center
Your practitioner will also guide you on follow-up steps, which may include scheduling 30-minute follow-up consultations or additional Panchakarma services to support deeper healing.

Additionally, to avoid the need for rescheduling, submit your completed Health Intake Forms to our Wellness Team at wellness@keralaayurveda.us no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive the Health Intake Form (HIF) via email. To ensure a seamless experience, please complete and return the form to us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service!

Yes, we offer a variety of services, including Individual Ayurvedic Therapies and comprehensive Panchakarma Packages. As part of an educational training institute, we are dedicated to promoting well-being through these traditional and holistic therapies.

Panchakarma is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic healing, focusing on detoxification, purification, and rejuvenation. This holistic cleansing program follows a structured process that incorporates dietary adjustments, personalized herbal therapies, and precise elimination techniques. These traditional methods work not only to cleanse and revitalize the physical body but also to address the subtle body, where accumulated toxins, unresolved emotions, and negative thought patterns can create imbalances. By targeting the root causes of health concerns, Panchakarma has been a trusted practice for thousands of years, promoting lasting vitality, balance, and overall well-being.

Our Panchakarma services are available as standalone sessions with our skilled Panchakarma Practitioners. These sessions can be scheduled upon your request or may be recommended by your Ayurvedic Practitioner or Specialist as part of your wellness plan.

For a more immersive experience, we offer Complete Panchakarma Packages, available as 3, 5, or 7-day detoxification programs. These packages are carefully designed and personalized by our Ayurvedic Specialists to meet your unique needs. If needed, we can recommend local accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay during your program. To learn more or book your session, please contact us at the provided number.
