Our Ayurvedic Consultations involve a detailed intake for health management including Ayurvedic assessments, internal and external herbal advice and personal lifestyle guidelines for your unique mind-body constitution. Consultations are conducted by one of our Ayurvedic Vaidyas (BAMS) or Practitioners with an in-depth knowledge in traditional Indian medicine with a holistic approach. Consultations are held in person at our center in Milpitas, CA or online via our secure virtual appointment platform.
We also offer a wide variety of traditional individual Ayurvedic Panchakarma bodywork therapies for deeper healing, rejuvenation, detoxification and relaxation.
