Do you want to lead a more holistic life in tune with nature?
Ayurveda, or “the science of life” is a holistic science with a 5,000 year old legacy – the oldest known documented healthcare system. It originated in the modern-day subcontinent of India and has been best preserved in the state of Kerala, where Ayurveda has been continuously practiced and passed on through the generations. Ayurveda offers individuals career possibilities as Ayurvedic professionals, and graduates of our academy’s certification programs are equipped to support wellness seekers with Ayurvedic interventions, or enhance an existing healing modality. Most importantly, Ayurveda offers everyone a framework for aligning with nature and your true self!
If you embark on an Ayurvedic journey of study, you’ll enter a powerful portal of healing transformation – a gateway to unlocking your truest potential in all areas of life!
Ayurveda’s primary goal is to preserve health and prevent disease through natural methods such as nutrition, herbs, meditation & daily routines, though its wisdom goes far beyond the physical body. The Ayurvedic definition of health considers all aspects of you – body and mind and spirit. Through studying Ayurvedic principles and lifestyle, you’ll uncover your unique constitution and understand how to adapt the way you eat, sleep, work and breathe to best suit your needs. You’ll also understand how others can do the same, and how to coexist more peacefully with the diverse needs of your friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances. Our graduates admit they see the world with a whole new view!
Be a caretaker of the earth & inspiration to everyone around you
In times past, it was the role of every parent not just to provide food and shelter, but also medicine for their family. Ayurveda provides you a toolkit for applying the healing benefits of the natural world into your everyday lifestyle. You’ll be capable of taking better care of yourself and those you love. The “common sense” solutions are easy enough, don’t be surprised when your loved ones pick them up easily & start sharing them with their friends!
You’re most likely drawn to learn a holistic science because you care about your impact on the planet. The world is ready for more holistic wisdom and for caretakers of the earth like you to lead the way.
As a Holistic Ayurvedic Coach or Health Counselor, you can offer practical solutions by assisting others in identifying their unique personal constitution and how to adapt their lifestyle to find balance with nature’s rhythms. This may include coaching them on sleeping patterns, diet, simple yoga techniques, seasonal practices and relationships. Ayurvedic Coaches are the ultimate life coaches, as you can address it all – mind, body and spirit!
Create the career of your dreams
As a certified Holistic Ayurvedic Coach or Health Counselor, you’ll inspire others through the way you live whether or not you choose to make it your career. Ayurveda offers powerful wisdom in how to live your life, and as a living science, it grows in you. We encourage all of our students to begin with an open mind and enjoy the journey of self discovery. You may be amazed by the professional potential you uncover!
Ayurveda has stood the test of time and is organically evolving with us. More relevant today than ever before, what’s possible with Ayurveda is for you to decide! The sky is the limit.
