  • Identity, contact and financial data must be retained for 6 years for tax purposes. This applies to all customers who have made any form of payment for our services and programs.
  • Identity, transaction and engagement data must be retained for 50 years for reporting purposes to the Bureau for Private and Post-Secondary Education, CA and Workforce Training & Education Coordinating Board, WA. This applies to all customers who have enrolled as students in our certification programs.
