What to Expect
The journey begins with the breathtaking sites and cultural gems of the North. Next you will arrive at Kerala Ayurveda’s Health Village in Cochin, where you’ll be introduced to authentic Ayurveda in India with an insider’s pass to Kerala Ayurveda Limited’s healing services, gardens and product manufacturing process. Then we’ll hit the road to discover the natural wonders of the Kerala countryside. The trip concludes at the award-winning AyurvedaGram Heritage Wellness Centre for a personalized Ayurvedic Yoga retreat, workshops and cultural festivities.
There is no prerequisite to join this program. Whether you have already begun studying these profound health sciences or are completely new to Ayurveda and Yoga, this is a unique opportunity for you to discover the power of the ancient traditions in their heart of origin.
Your 21-day journey aligns with the birth of the Vedas, retracing their footprints in the north. Due to centuries of invasions, the 5,000- year-old traditional Vedic practices were compromised in northern territories, with southern India emerging as the eminent source of authentic Ayurveda. Exploring thousands of years of cultural, historical and natural sites in India’s majestic northern territory, you’ll experience glimpses into the Vedic Age.
