Anuradha “Anu” Gupta is a NAMACB Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Engineer, MBA, Meditator, Writer, 200hr Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Doctor. She serves as Guest Faculty Member, Content Specialist and AP Mentor at at Kerala Ayurveda Academy & Wellness Center. She also runs her own Ayurvedic practice, Ayurvedic Footprints.
Anu has an extensive corporate background. She worked for over a decade in companies like Unilever and taught at a business school.
She is a prolific writer who has written over 100 articles about Ayurveda, sustainability and other subjects close to her heart for Kerala Ayurveda, Art of Living, and Sri Sri Tattva. She has also written a book on environmental issues for teens in India, The Green Dragon, and stories for the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. Stay tuned for her debut Ayurvedic publication in 2024.
Anu volunteers with Project Welcome Home Troops, Art of Living, IAHV, WWF, BSA and has served NAMA’s DEI committee. She feels strongly about social justice causes and is on the Board of her local PFLAG Chapter. Service is her calling and she hopes to leave the world a better place than she found it through the practice of Vedic Sciences.
