Maryna Stasiuk

Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner

Maryna is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Counselor and owner of Ayurvedic Way in Sammamish, WA.

She was inspired to study Ayurveda by her family while looking for a holistic way to care about the nearest people. Her first step was in homeopathy, then energy healing (Reiki), and later on, she was introduced to Vedas and Ayurveda as a part of them.

“I was completely smitten by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and blessed to study it from the root texts, and with the brilliant Vamedeva David Frawley and Vaidya. Jayarajan Kodikannath, with the support of my family. It is where my Ayurvedic journey started,” says Maryna.

She is very passionate about following Ayurveda in her daily routines and professional practice. Her aspiration is to bring ancient Ayurvedic wisdom to the entire world, help people to be established in their health, teach, guide, and support them on their journey.

She believes that the scholarship of Traditional Ayurveda and Yoga can amazingly transform our personal lives and make positive shifts from the stage of the disease to health. She saw this transformation many times, first in herself and her family members, then in my Rogis (health seekers). She is mainly working with chronic conditions, doing her best to help people restore health using all available Ayurvedic tools.

Being a mentor, she’s very passionate about teaching and mentoring Ayurvedic students, graduates, and health seekers. As a clinician, she enjoys guiding people through the healing process in a traditional Ayurvedic way, with whatever tools are available. When she’s not mentoring and practicing Ayurveda, she loves to spend time with her family and travel.
