Vaidya. Princy Prasad is a zealous learner and educator of the Science of Life, Ayurveda. Trained by experienced Vaidyas of Kerala, she has a special focus on (i) Orthopaedic management (ii) Para-surgical procedure and also on diverse health conditions. Obtaining her degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery and Master Degree in Surgery (Ayu) from Kerala University of Health Sciences, she continued her research studies in Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar for the fulfillment of Doctor of Philosophy (Ayu). For the past decade, she has worked in Government Institutions and Hospitals in India managing cases from various socioeconomic status. Having a clear understanding of Principles of Ayurveda, patient care, research and development, she worked under National AYUSH mission for the upgradation of hospitals with her expertise. Teaching being one of her passions, she gained 5 years’ experience as a Lecturer in Ayurveda (Undergraduate and Postgraduate), and is a constant learner of this ocean of knowledge. She authored articles Ayurveda in reputable Ayurvedic journals and is the subject editor of International Journal for AYUSH case reports. Vaidya. Princy loves to share her knowledge as she believes, “In vain have you acquired knowledge if you have not imparted it to others.”
