Vaidya. Rucha Kelkar

Vaidya. Rucha Kelkar, BAMS, PT, DPT is the Director of Ayurbliss – Ayurveda, Physical Therapy and Yoga Integrative Wellness Center located in San Mateo, CA.

She received her Doctor of Ayurveda degree from the University of Pune, India and Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica, MN. She holds certification in Yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy. At the integrative clinic, she incorporates the rehabilitative knowledge of physical therapy with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga.

Vaidya. Kelkar is an accomplished clinician, educator, speaker and writer with an experience of over 20 years. Dr Kelkar is one of the pioneer teachers of Kerala Ayurveda since their inception in the US. Vaidya. Kelkar is very connected and committed to her students and her students love her teaching style, her thorough in depth knowledge of the subject and her years of teaching experience. She consistently receives glowing feedback from her students. Vaidya. Kelkar has a passion for teaching and has taught Ayurveda at multiple teaching organizations at all levels including AHC, AP, AD and Research.

Vaidya. Kelkar has been a presenter at multiple National Ayurveda Conferences on multiple occasions. She Chairs the BAMS Task Force Committee at NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association). She conducts various workshops and teaching programs on Ayurveda. She has mentored students of Stanford Medical School for their Integrative Medicine Clerkship. She is a published writer and has worked in Breast Cancer research at UCSF. With extensive clinical and teaching experience in Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Yoga and Physical Therapy, Vaidya. Kelkar is determined in providing quality service to her students and clients. At the integrative clinic, she incorporates the rehabilitative knowledge of physical therapy with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga.
